Nature of work

Document management and preparation;
Coordination of incoming calls;

Providing necessary administrative support to office staff;
Website maintenance (prepares information needed for the company's website);
Dissemination of information (administers social networks (Facebook), prepares their content, initiates and publishes news; prepares announcements, information materials for the public, ensures their publication and publicity; outlines information prepared and publicly distributed by other employees of the institution, prepares and participates in the implementation of public information projects).

Employee requirements

Higher education (bachelor's degree);
Experience in document preparation and management;
Excellent computer skills;
Analytical and systematic thinking skills;
Communicability;
Responsible approach to work, independence;
Be able to fluently convey ideas orally and in writing;
Know how to prepare documents in accordance with the rules for preparing documents, recommendations for drafting legal acts and know the rules for handling documents and accounting;
To be familiar with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, Government resolutions and other legal acts regulating the processing of documents, to know the requirements of legal acts and rules for the preparation of documents.
