Job description:
A rapidly growing, energetic and friendly team is looking for a new member - office administrator - sales assistant.
Main tasks:
Main tasks:
- Organization of office activities and maintenance of order, ordering necessary tools and services;
- Management of company documents: preparation and management of letters, orders, contracts;
- Receiving guests, providing necessary information about products;
- Acceptance of orders and invoicing of some customers ("Rivilė" accounting program);
- Administration of the company manager's agenda;
- Daily assistance to colleagues in various organizational issues;
- Creating and maintaining a positive microclimate of the company.
We hope you:
- You have at least 2 years of work experience in a similar field;
- You are characterized by positivity, organization and communication;
- You are diligent, responsible and focused on creating a comfortable microclimate in the office;
- You are well able to plan your day, properly setting priorities;
- You have good communication skills, know the rules of correspondence;
- You are able to communicate in English;
- You have a higher education;
- Working experience with "Rivile" accounting software would be an advantage.
