Nature of work
- organization and maintenance of daily office activities (correspondence, calls, guests, office supplies, etc.);
- preparation, registration, storage of company documents;
- preparation and administration of personnel documents;
- cooperation with the Department of Migration in matters of employment of foreigners;
- organization of company events and holidays.
Employee requirements
- higher/higher education;
- similar work experience (would be a great advantage);
- knowledge of clerical rules and document preparation requirements;
- good computer skills;
- impeccable Lithuanian language;
- ability to communicate in Russian/English;
- knowledge of quality, environmental protection, worker safety and health management (advantage);
- representativeness, initiative, responsibility and attention to details.
