We are looking for an office administrator/personnel manager to join our rapidly growing team!
Nature of work:
Administration of office activities, calls, e-mail mail management;
Search and selection of employees, placement of job advertisements, cooperation with team leaders;
Preparation, archiving and storage of company documents (letters, orders, contracts);
Conference hall occupancy management, coordination of meetings, preparation of protocols;
Ordering office supplies, stationery, ensuring order in the office;
Organization of business trips and reception of guests (booking hotels, travel tickets);
Management of administrative processes - versatile support for the director and colleagues.
Work from 08:00 to 17:00, on Fridays an hour shorter!
Our expectations:
At least 1 year of work experience in the field of administration/personnel management;
Experience in the preparation and management of documents by applying the rules of document preparation and formalization and clerical work;
Free communication in English and Russian;
Work experience in the field of employee selection is a big advantage;
Computer literacy;
Higher or higher education (in the field of personnel - a big advantage);
Independence, attentiveness, strong organizational skills, quick orientation;
Driver's license.
