Citadele aims to modernize the banking sector and provide more opportunities for people and businesses in all Baltic countries. We are currently inviting office administrators to join our team.

BE READY:

· Create and maintain a positive organizational microclimate

· Ensure order in meeting rooms

· Provide assistance to managers in matters of business trips, trips, conferences

· Contribute to the organization of company events and other initiatives

· Manage information flows, systematize information

· Pleasantly welcome guests

· Perform other tasks assigned by the manager

ABOUT YOU:

· You have obtained a higher education

· Has at least 2 years of successful work experience in the field of administration

· Has excellent organizational skills, initiative and discretion

· You are a positive and empathic person, willing to learn and improve

· You know how to work with MS office programs, you are able to analyze and systematize information

· You speak and write English well

WE OFFER:

· Work in an international, growing company in the financial sector

· Monthly salary from 1800 to 2400 EUR before taxes (the specific salary will be offered to the selected candidate taking into account his competence and experience)
