Nature of work
- Ensure order in the office and administer the document management system (registration and administration of sent and received letters, internal documents, incoming invoices, signed contracts);
- Prepare internal documents;
- Accept incoming calls, provide various information to callers;
- Organize employee business trips (booking hotels and trips);
- Help the employees of the organization, and they will help you;
- Follow the principles of the Red Cross everywhere and at all times.
We need you, if you will
- You sincerely want to contribute to the Red Cross mission in Lithuania;
- You have experience in office administration (advantage);
- You work well with a computer (MS Office);
- You communicate in English and/or Russian;
- You are proactive, independent and helpful person;
- You quickly orient yourself in a changing environment;
- You want to learn and improve.
