We are looking for a new office manager who has experience in managing information flows, preparing and administering documents and who wants to maintain order in an always "live" and energetic office. In this position, you will administer operational contracts, equip the office with the necessary tools, communicate with clients and provide assistance to colleagues. If you have experience in document preparation and administration, and you solve problems with a smile - join our dynamic team.

Waiting for you:

  • Management of information flows
  • Preparation and administration of operating contracts
  • Management of company documentation and correspondence
  • Daily office maintenance
  • Supervision of work safety documentation (with the help of external consultants)
  • Assistance to office staff
  • Assistance in organizing events.
