Nature of work
- Ensuring order in the office and welcoming guests;
- Management and distribution of telephone calls, information flows;
- Management of company documents and distribution of their flow;
- Ensuring a good microclimate and fostering company culture;
- Assisting the manager and following his instructions.
Requirements
- Administrative work experience (at least 1 year);
- Higher education (in the field of administration would be an advantage);
- Excellent knowledge of English (required);
- Good computer skills;
- Knowledge of clerical work;
- Quick orientation and flexibility;
- Communicability, responsibility, duty;
- Representative appearance.
