We are looking for a friendly and dedicated administrator for our cool team!
Here are the daily tasks that would be in your hands:
✔️ reception, distribution, registration and sending of outgoing correspondence
✔️ email receiving and forwarding letters and calls
✔️ ordering stationery, office maintenance
✔️ organization of business trips (booking tickets, hotels)
✔️ reception of company guests, interested parties, partners
✔️ organization of internal events, initiatives (together with the HR department)

✔️ have experience in administrative work, and if not - we will be happy to accept a highly motivated employee (or final year student)
✔️ you speak and write fluently in Lithuanian, you have very good knowledge of English
✔️ able to quickly systematize and process information and set priorities
✔️ has a passion for organizing events and celebrations
✔️ you are punctual, communicative, thorough, responsible and you manage unexpected situations successfully
