Office Administrator (s)

👉 Ensuring the smooth operation of the office, maintaining the general order of the company;
👉 Cooperation and assistance to other employees of the company;
👉 Trust and acceptance of guests;
👉 Incoming call management;
👉 Management of company documents: handling, preparation, distribution of incoming and outgoing letters, contracts and other documents;
👉 Information administration in the company's database;
👉 Orders for services related to the company's activities (cleaning, disposal, protection, IT, etc.) and goods;
👉 Ensuring and coordinating all processes related to travel organization;
👉 Various other organizational and administrative work.

👉 Experience in office administration (or strong desire to learn and improve);
👉 Excellent time planning skills;
👉 Ability to manage many different types of work at the same time and allocate priorities;
👉 Experience in organizing business trips abroad;
👉 Flexibility and initiative;
👉 Knowledge of the English language (written and spoken);
👉 "I can!" attitude;
👉 Excellent working skills in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook);
👉 Attention to details and ability to solve problems;
👉 Driver's license (would be an advantage).
