Looking for administrator - lawyer
Preparation, registration, distribution and processing of company documents;
Management and administration of incoming and outgoing letters, contracts, personnel documentation;
Preparation, analysis and coordination of company and group documents (policies, procedures, rules) in order to ensure compliance with the laws governing the company's activities, etc. legal acts;
Participation in large and complex projects/public procurements carried out by the company;
Participation in new product development projects and management of their legal parts;
Writing and administration of legal documents, inquiries, claims
Ensuring office order;
Ordering stationery;
Performing tasks assigned by managers;
Assistance to company employees;
Other administrative work.

We also provide cleaning services, both interior and exterior. We renew paving stones, remove old grass, wash house facades. Inside, we perform general, post-construction and regular cleaning. We understand that professionalism, time costs, and always the opportunity to have a sincere consultation are very important to our customers, so we make sure that the customer receives a complete package of services in one place.
We are currently only working with large orders.
