Nature of work:
- Information management (call routing, e-mail management, outgoing and incoming correspondence, careful registration of documents, distribution);
- Preparation and administration of company documents;
- Ordering stationery and office supplies;
- Assistance in organizing events;
- Organization of office activities, supervision of other company offices;
- Management of accounting and preparation of reports assigned by the manager;
- Assistance to the company's managers and employees in receiving guests and in the day-to-day business of the company.
We hope you:
- You have a university/non-university education;
- You speak and write fluently in Lithuanian and English;
- You are communicative, responsible, you please others with your initiative and helpfulness;
- You are attentive to details and able to learn quickly;
- You have very good working skills in MS Word and MS Excel programs;
- Similar work experience in administration - would be an advantage;
- You are able to organize your work and perform several tasks at the same time;
- You are characterized by perseverance, logical thinking, the ability to work not only in a team, but also independently;
- You have a driver's license.
