Your competences and experience
UAB "LTG Link" offers its employees
- Assist the company manager in overseeing the agenda and performing other assigned tasks
- Participate in company management meetings, take minutes, administer and/or systematize information required for meetings as needed
- Organize or participate in organizing internal company events and manager's meetings
- Ensure smooth dissemination of internal communication
- Collect, analyze and systematize information related to the manager's assignments, provide recommendations, suggestions for improving the coordination of activities
- Participate in projects and initiatives related to the improvement/maintenance of the working environment
- Maintain the company's internal document administration system
- To take care of the maintenance of the office, to order the necessary goods and services for the office
- Administer assigned contracts
- Prepare reports, presentations, processes, rules, recommendations and legislation within the limits of competence
- Supervise and coordinate the compliance of the level of corporate services with the interests of the company
- Coordinate and participate in the preparation of corporate operational processes related to the company's activities, responsibilities and functions
- Ensure smooth, prompt presentation of information to company managers
Your competences and experience
- University/advanced education (preferably in the field of management/social sciences or business administration)
- At least 2 years of experience working as a company manager's assistant/assistant or in the field of administration
- Ability to promptly solve problems, systematize information, quick orientation, experience in working with confidential information
- Good communication skills, pro-activity, leadership
- A sense of comfort when working with managers
- Organizational and administrative skills, initiative, communication, responsibility, diligence
- Ability to plan work time, work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Fluent Lithuanian language, English language skills at least B2 level
- Good skills in working with the Microsoft Office program package
