The main activity of the company is retail and wholesale of disposable containers and packaging for take-out food. We are currently looking for a diligent, responsible and positive colleague to help us navigate our dynamic daily routine!
Your daily activities at work would be:
- Daily support for the manager and the team;
- Preparation, updating and archiving of contracts and other company documents;
- Timely compilation of data and systematization of information;
- Creation and placement of attractive and professional advertisements in social networks;
- Deputizing colleagues during their vacation;
- Other tasks with which you will contribute to the efficient work of the company;
- Ensuring the order of the office and ordering the necessary goods.
Employee requirements:
- Higher or higher education;
- Previous experience in administration would be an advantage;
- Sociability and excellent communication and cooperation skills;
- Initiative and result orientation;
- Knowledge of work ethics, clerical and document preparation rules;
- Fluent Lithuanian language (both written and spoken);
- Good computer skills; excellent MS Office skills.
