Office Administrator (s)

▪️ You will administer and take care of our office;
▪️ You will manage information flows (e-mail administration, sent and received correspondence, careful registration and distribution of documents);
▪️ Prepare and administer company documents and accounts;
▪️ You will take care of our personnel selections (you will place ads, invite candidates to interviews, prepare employment contracts and changes);
▪️ You will be responsible for the administration of goods needed for the office;
▪️ You will carry out tasks delegated by the management team and help office employees and guests with daily issues;
▪️ You will help organize company events.

▪️ Has excellent organizational skills;
▪️ Can manage several tasks at the same time;
▪️ You can communicate freely both orally and in writing in Lithuanian and English;
▪️ You understand how office life works;
▪️ Learn to work both independently and in a team;
▪️ Find ways to solve problems in various situations;
▪️ You are responsible and not afraid of responsibility;
▪️ You are able to properly plan time and priorities;

1600-1900 €/mon. gross
