🔸You have been working successfully in the field of office administration for 2+ years;
🔸You have obtained a higher education;
🔸Has a category B driver's license;
🔸 You are good at writing and speaking English;
🔸You have excellent communication and organizational skills and are always willing to help;
🔸You are a positive and motivated person who is well oriented in a changing environment.

🔸Organizing office activities, ensuring order and providing the office with necessary items;
🔸Viewing, handling and distribution of company documents;
🔸Planning and organizing exhibitions and business trips, from flight planning to stand design;
🔸Organization of periodic events and trips together with HR;
🔸Marketing projects and their preparation;
🔸Ensuring smooth communication and a good mood in the office;
🔸Assistance to the company manager on important issues;
🔸Other projects related to HR and marketing.
