Nature of work
- Smooth organization of office activities, assisting managers,
- Administration of general company documents (invoices, orders, letters, authorizations, etc.) and personnel documents (admission, dismissal, vacation, changes to employment contract);
- Ordering goods and services needed for the office, ensuring office order;
- Dissemination of information within the company, professional communication with suppliers and partners;
- Taking care of the organization of employee business trips/trips;
- Organization of company events and holidays;
- Cultivation and support of company culture.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in office administration is required;
- Knowledge of clerical rules and business etiquette, knowledge of employee safety and health management (advantage);
- Very good communication in Lithuanian and English, written and spoken;
- Very good MS Office program skills (Word, Excel);
- Quick and efficient solving of emerging problems;
- Activity, initiative, diligence in performing assigned tasks

UAB DG DIMENSE was established in 2023 as a joint venture between Roland DG (Japan) and UAB VEIKA, which is the developer of Ecodeco™ and DIMENSE™ technologies.
DG DIMENSE is part of the Roland DG group of companies. The main goal of the company is to continue the development of sustainable technologies in the areas of wallpaper and digital printing. The focus is on DIMENSE™ and Ecodeco™ technologies, using ink and media expertise from VEIKA and printer development expertise from Roland DG. The two companies have collaborated since 2015, and the establishment of the new joint venture will accelerate the progress of DIMENSE™ technology, including the development of new effects and wider application areas, as well as strengthen the development of Ecodeco™ technology.
