- Maintenance of office and conference rooms;
- Coordination of correspondence and shipments;
- Ordering snacks, drinks and office supplies;
- Reception of guests, communication with the company's clients and suppliers;
- Preparation and management of company documentation and correspondence in compliance with clerical requirements;
- DVS system administration;
- Coordination of insurance provided to employees;
- Monthly administration of employee tables;
- Preparation of company newsletters;
- Organization of company holidays, greeting employees on various occasions;
- Assistance to managers on various issues.
