OFFICE ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (FIXED CONTRACT)

Contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Administering the organization's documents (registration in the document management system, distribution, sending and archiving);
• Communicating with the company's guests, interested parties, partners, serving them kindly, solving the problems that have arisen;
• Maintaining and preparing conference rooms for trainings or seminars;
• When ordering goods and services, administering contracts and processing invoices;
• Helping managers and colleagues in various ways.

• Higher university or higher education;
• At least 1 year of office administration work experience;
• Excellent skills in MS Office applications;
• Knowledge of legal acts of document preparation and management;
• Good time planning and organizational skills;
• Impeccable Lithuanian language and the concept of customer service standards;
• Ability to work both in a team and individually.

The fixed salary range for the position group is between EUR 1,472 and EUR 2,209 (excluding tax). A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable part of the remuneration may be paid in addition to the salary.
