Key tasks and responsibilities:

  • Take care of incoming guests and customers through live, telephone and written service
  • Work with the sales system (we will learn!)
  • Prepare and pack orders
  • Manage office documents and correspondence
  • Take care of the office, order the necessary tools for office activities
  • Manage internal systems related to office administration
  • Contribute to smooth office life and organization of holidays
  • Perform other tasks related to office and customer service

Expectations for a future colleague:

We hope that:
  • Has excellent communication skills, likes to be among people
  • Able to speak and write correctly in Lithuanian (knowledge of Russian/English is an advantage)
  • You are thorough, attentive and dutiful
  • You have a positive attitude towards emerging challenges and are a quick learner
  • You know that it takes a lot of work to create good emotions
  • Can work full-time (Mon-Fri 08-17, Fri 08-16)
