Nature of work

  • office management, communication with suppliers, ordering goods;
  • management of company documentation (orders, letters, business trips, correspondence);
  • coordination of work safety requirements (communication with the company supervising work safety);
  • assistance to colleagues in matters related to business (business trips, meetings, guests, reservations);
  • help in organizing events.

Working schedule: Mon - Fri, 08:30 - 17:00 May be required to work from 8:00 a.m. onwards.
Place of work: Vilnius.

Requirements

  • at least 1 year of administrative experience;
  • organizational skills;
  • knowledge of English at B1/B2 level;
  • good computer literacy;
  • knowledge of clerical work.
