Curating the brand, managing the assortment, managing the budget, preparing plans, coordinating grids, implementing communication from the idea to the slogan encouraging the consumer to take the product off the shelf;
Product presentation and sales promotion in export countries;
Segmentation and management of product groups, brands;
Participation in meetings with clients;
Organization of national advertising promotions, tastings;
Implementation of established sales goals;
Organization of price and product demand research;
Formation of product group assortment in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and other countries;
Carrying out other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Knowledge of marketing processes, sales and the art of negotiations;
Higher education preferably in the field of marketing/marketing/communication management;
Orientation to results and the ability to find creative solutions to achieve them;
Perseverance;
Flexibility;
Good time planning and organizational skills;
Teamwork skills;
At least 2 years of work experience in the field of marketing and/or advertising is preferred;
At least 2 years of experience in the regular demand goods market is preferred;
Written and oral knowledge of Russian (B2) and English (B2) is preferred;
Knowledge of LR laws and Government resolutions, other legal acts.

Work 4 days a week from Telšiai.
