WE HOPE YOU WILL BE INTERESTED IN:
- Organize and control electrical equipment installation and connection work performed by the team
- Work together with your team
- Communicate with project managers and customer representatives
- Manage a team of up to 10 employees
- Work on business trips abroad - 6-8 weeks in the project, 2-3 weeks rest in Lithuania
- Be a leader and authority for other team members.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL NEED:
- Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams
- Ability to install and connect electrical equipment
- Ability to lead a team of 5-10 people
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
- VCA certificate (advantage).
