Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients interested in built-to-suit projects (logistics centers) in Baltic states
- Collaborate with clients to understand their BTS needs, preferences, and project requirements for logistic centers
- Develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to each client's specifications and objectives towards
- Lead negotiations with the objective of attaining the optimal agreement concerning price, terms, and other conditions
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing guidance and support to ensure satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve the best result
Your experience and knowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in business/economics, finance, law, or construction (preferred, but not a must)
- At least 3 years’ experience in commercial real estate development/ sales, construction sales including project management
- Understanding of technical project parameters and technical drawings
- Experience in project budgeting
- Proficient in negotiation and communication
- Excellent knowledge of English languages, knowledge of Russian is preferred
- Analytics, insight, responsibility, independence, good negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to evaluate proposed solutions, absorb innovations, organize work, delegate tasks and ensure their implementation
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team, ensure a smooth exchange of information between company departments and team members
