Nature of work
- Entering accounting data into the accounting program (Navision);
- Long-term asset accounting;
- Accounting of sales VAT invoices;
- Accounting of service purchase invoices;
- Formation of production, write-off acts;
- Third-party property accounting;
- Fuel accounting;
- Completing Intrastat reports;
- Accounting of advance accounts;
- Forming I-SAF reports and ensuring correct accounting;
- Completing the time sheet;
- Registration of documents in the data management system;
- Ensuring proper storage of documents, their formalization and transfer to the archive;
- Performing other tasks assigned by the chief accountant.
Employee requirements
- Experience of working with the Navision accounting program;
- Higher education (economics, finance, accounting);
- At least 1 year of work experience as an accountant;
- To know the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulate accounting, taxes and company activities;
- Know the state social insurance law and the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania;
- Accounting knowledge;
- Good knowledge of English.
- Attentiveness, desire to improve, good time planning skills, communication skills, teamwork skills.
