Nature of work

AFTER JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

payroll accounting and calculation of related benefits (cumulative accounting of working hours);
preparation and submission of wage-related reports and declarations to VMI, Sodra;
control of timesheets;
accounting of per diems for business trips;
preparation of documents when recruiting employees;
employee counseling on salary issues, etc.

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

you have obtained a higher education (in the fields of accounting, finance, economics);
you have experience in salary calculation;
you know the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulate accounting and salary calculation;
you have good management skills in Excel and accounting programs: PRAGMA 3.2; PRAGMA 40; LABBI
you know English;
you are characterized by analytical thinking, thoroughness, attentiveness, receptiveness to innovations.
