Nature of work
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNTANT ASSISTANT FOR OUR TEAM, WHOSE MAIN ACTIVITY IS ACCOUNTING AND HELPING THE HEAD OF ADMINISTRATION WITH DOCUMENTS.
- Compilation, management, control and archiving of the company's primary accounting documents (service SF);
- Trip sheets and fuel accounting;
- Preparation of payment orders;
- Ordering office supplies;
- Coordination of debt balances with suppliers and buyers;
- Accounting of bank operations;
- Preparation of reports (fuel, warehouse balances, etc.);
- Management and control of accounting documents, preparation of reports;
- Other accounting and administrative work.
Employee requirements
- Understanding of Lithuanian legal acts regulating accounting, taxes, company activities.
- Good computer literacy skills;
- Independence, thoroughness, attentiveness and responsibility;
- Willingness to learn and improve;
- Work with accounting data and programs (advantage);
- Category B driver's license (advantage);
