Accountant (for payroll)

Calculation of wages of several companies belonging to the group of companies according to the principle of contractual, unitary and hourly payment of work, after summing up the accounting of working hours;
Calculation of payroll taxes;
Verification of timesheets and payroll transactions;
Preparation and submission of wage-related reports and declarations to VMI, Sodra, Department of Statistics, auditors;
Counseling of employees on salary issues, preparation of certificates related to salary;
Providing proposals for the improvement and digitization of accounting processes related to the calculation of wages;
Preparation of various reports as needed, other work related to payroll.

Education in accounting, finance or economics;
Know and be able to apply the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, which regulates the calculation and payment of wages and taxes;
Experience in payroll;
Experience with the Vikarina system is an advantage;
Experience in calculating the wages of employees of production companies is an advantage;
Very good MS Office skills, successful experience using MS Excel;
Diligence, attention to detail, responsibility, openness to innovation;
knowledge of the English language (written, spoken);
attention to details, responsibility, initiative, quick orientation.

From 1700 €/mon. gross
The amount of remuneration depends on competence and available knowledge.
