Nature of work
Remote work, calculation of wages (about 30 employees), reports related to wages, reconciliation of bank transactions, execution of payments, filing of reports to the tax inspectorate, preparation of dismissals for hiring employees, calculation and payment of travel allowances and daily allowances. Completing timesheets, VAT declarations, advance reports.
Manage the company's accounting from the initial documents to submission to VMI, data compilation and submission to VMI; calculation of wages.
Minor administrative work (Preparation and administration of personnel documents)
Management of work safety documentation.
