Nature of work
- Completion of accounting records at the closing of the month and quarter;
- Checking documents and entering them into the accounting program;
- Bringing the company's primary accounting documents into the accounting program;
- Accounting and control of material values, fuel;
- Receipt of purchase and sale invoices;
- Advance accounts accounting;
- Management and archiving of accounting documents;
- Verification of travel sheets;
- Accounting of drivers' working hours;
- Execution of other assigned tasks related to accounting.
Employee requirements
- Education in accounting, finance or accounting;
- Excellent MS Office package skills;
- Experience of working with the accounting program "Rivilė" (advantage);
- Knowledge of English and Russian (advantage);
- Good communication skills;
- Diligence, responsibility, quick orientation.
