Circle communication specialist
We are looking for a new team member to join the customer service department in Vilnius, coordinating the customers of the Vilnius district.

Responsibilities of the circle communication specialist(s):
- High-quality counseling of clients - parents, guardians, educators - by phone (Tellq);
- Customer service by e-mail by mail and live chat (Intercom);
- Solving problems that have arisen.
- Working with the company's internal customer management system - a convenient and innovative tool.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher/higher education.
- Correct Lithuanian language (written and spoken).
- Excellent communication skills, ability to solve problems quickly.
- Very good computer skills.
- Ability to manage a large flow of information.
- Initiative, organization and desire to improve.
- Administrative work experience in the education sector is a big advantage.
