Currently, at Littelfuse, we are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Analyst to join our innovative eMobility team. As Business Analyst you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze commercial data and ongoing reporting needs to develop new reports and dashboards.
This position reports to Senior Business Development Manager, eMobility and offers the opportunity to work remotely from any Lithuanian city.

ABOUT THE JOB:
- Conduct comprehensive eMobility market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks
- Analyze and interpret commercial data to provide insights into market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into actionable strategies
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations based on data analysis
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products/services and propose enhancements or new offerings based on market demands
ABOUT YOU:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the eMobility or automotive industry
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Bi would be beneficial
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
- Self-motivated personality with a strong commercial and analytical mindset
