WHO WE ARE:
MABROCONA is providing subcontracting services for the maritime, industrial, and civil construction sectors in Western Europe and Scandinavia since 2000. Our head office and your potential workplace is in the heart of Klaipeda, whereas most of our projects are implemented in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France and Sweden. We are steadily expanding our business and currently have about 400 of highly qualified and experienced employees and subcontractors (steel, piping and electrical specialists) working in 25 projects across the EU. Our goal is to continue our expansion with your professional contribution.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES SHALL INCLUDE:
- Engaging in B2B sales of MABROCONA’s services
- Actively seeking and communicating with potential customers
- Negotiating commercial conditions and closing deals
- Preparing agreements to formalize partnerships
- Developing long-term relationships with both current and prospective customers
- Becoming an expert in MABROCONA’s target industries and markets
- Regularly visiting potential and existing customers abroad and in Lithuania
- Representing MABROCONA at exhibitions abroad
WE EXPECT YOU TO:
- Possess significant experience in B2B sales of industrial services
- Demonstrate fluency in English, with comfortable communication abilities in Lithuanian or Russian
- Be driven to push yourself to achieve and exceed your goals
