Job description
- Development of relationships with local business partners (project owners, investors)
- Identifying business opportunities, analysis of potential client segments, seeking for and approaching new business partners
- Responsibility for product management, business development strategy, setting up processes in the company
- Planning the development of product, innovations
- Regular monitoring and analyses of competition
- Preparation of business plans
Requirements
- You have previous experience in business development in finance a sales role in finance (preferably in SME lending)
- You have a good understanding of finance
- You are able to communicate with different types of customers and build long-term relationships
- You are meticulous, think analytically, working with data is not a problem for you and have experience with setting up processes
- Fluent business writing and verbal communication skills both in Lithuanian and English;
- Effective written and verbal communication;
- Energetic, positive and team player;
- Flexible with a can-do attitude and a strong eye for detail;
- You are not afraid to present your results
- Previous experience in crowdfunding is an advantage;
- Previous experience with real estate mortgage-based loans is an advantage.
