Architus is a fast-growing and innovative company taking on a £500 billion global market by solving one of the greatest challenges impacting digital, technological, and data-driven change - the global shortage of tech talent. We specialize in providing organizations with access to top talent, helping them to build high-performing technology teams and to establish an overseas presence. With offices in London and Vilnius, Architus has a strong track record in Financial Services and the Fintech world with clients including Invesco, Capital Group, Schroders, BNP Paribas, HSBC, and Tide.

As a result of increasing demand for our services, Architus requires a Business Development Representative to help the company grow its client base in Europe and the US. This is a great opportunity for someone with lead generation, business development, or sales experience to join us at an early stage where you can make a huge impact. You will work with the management team and gradually own more of the sales cycle from lead to active customer. You will be reporting to the CEO and working closely with other teams across the company.

What you will be doing:

As a Business Development Representative, you will be required to research, identify and prospect new clients for Architus. The scope of the role is Global but the focus will be Europe and the US regions.

1. Prospect for new clients from midsize to large multinationals and build a strong sales pipeline

2. Follow a structured, multi-channel sales process and be consistent in your approach

3. Manage prospect data in a CRM system

4. Assess the prospect's requirements and shape our proposition/service offering accordingly

5. Produce proposals based on the prospect’s requirements

6. Develop a thorough understanding of the proposition and the global market

7. Build a network, maintain contact with prospects, and leading marketing initiatives

What are we looking for:

Key qualifications outlined below will be used as a guideline, and candidates will be assessed on their overall strength.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent

2. Experience in lead generation, business development, or sales (minimum 1 year’s experience) - ideally in a technology service-oriented company

3. Great communicator, able to build excellent relationships both internally and externally

4. Highly organized, able to manage and prioritize a wide range of tasks

5. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver accurate work within challenging deadlines

6. Confident in creating and highest quality presentations and proposals to prospective clients

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

What we offer:

1. 2,000 to 3,000 Euros per month gross, but we are open to negotiations
