We are currently looking for a new colleague to lead the Business Support Functions Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be Business Support Functions Manager. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:

Leading a unit of Business Support Functions, including workplace and assets management, cooperation with the internal shared service center, organizational projects, and executive committee administration
Ensuring smooth operations of support functions such as administration, document management, and asset coordination
Leading a team of 5+ professionals across several locations
Defining, revising, and regularly updating processes and tools for business support functions
Budgeting and planning activities for the unit
Reporting results and sharing insights with the company’s management team.

Required for this position:

Higher education with at least 3 years of managerial experience
Proven track record in leading projects or asset management
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory or senior role in asset management, administration, process improvement, or project management.
Experience in an international organization is advantageous
Expertise in project management and support function processes
Strong budgeting, planning, and negotiation skills
Excellent stakeholder and people management competences.

Salary range for this position group is 4651 to 6976 EUR (before taxes). The final offer depends on experience and competence. Variable part of remuneration may be paid depending on results.
