What will be your responsibilities:

- I will administer the portfolio of existing clients (requests, letters, permits, changes to contracts, consultations, etc.);
- You will consult clients and help them better understand their needs and possibilities;
- Prepare payments and administer credit repayments;
- You will help process customer applications so that we can properly assess all the circumstances and provide the best possible solution;
- Prepare documents for clients;
- You will help the team in daily work;
- Looking for product and process improvement opportunities together with the team;
- You will build relationships with customers and help ensure that customers are always satisfied.
