NATURE OF WORK:
- Administration of built apartment buildings until transfer to a permanent building administrator;
- Administration of operating accounts for residents;
- Administration of construction defects in residential projects;
- Administration and resolution of residents' complaints;
- Searching for contractors for the implementation of real estate repair works;
- Work with contracting companies on handling defects;
- Counseling of residents on the maintenance of multi-apartment buildings;
- Participation in the preparation of repair projects, plans, schedules, budgets, works, etc.;
- Coordination of contracts, supervision to ensure that works are carried out as planned.
EXPECTATIONS FROM A FUTURE EMPLOYEE:
- Experience of similar work with operation is an advantage;
- Construction engineering competences - a big advantage;
- Very good communication skills;
- Excellent organizational skills;
- Very high level of responsibility.
