We are currently looking for a Buyer - Indirect Supplies and Services / IT / Cars & vehicles to support the global Procurement.

Responsibilities:

• Issue purchase orders to suppliers based on information in purchase request and category instructions, thus ensuring availability of goods and services.
  
• Procurement stakeholder support on day-to-day transactional topics related to order processing.
  
• Run RFQ's.
  
• Catalogs management and expansion in e-procurement tools.
  
• Monitoring orders, delivery & claims management.
  
• Supplier invoice verification and resolving discrepancies.
  
• Resolve procurement master data discrepancies.
  
• Boosting LEAN culture.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, supply chain, or logistics, or final year student.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience in purchasing, logistics, or related fields.
  
• Fluent in English (written & verbal).
  
• Quick learner able to absorb new information and work with multiple ERP systems.
  
• Proficiency in Swedish, Finnish, or German is a plus.
  
• Understanding of procurement and sourcing methods is a plus.

Monthly salary range for this position: 2000 EUR - 2700 EUR (before tax deduction). The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
