File preparer. Work from Monday to Friday

Nature of work:

• Scan and prepare documents for scanning;
• Document sorting, numbering;
• Restoration of documents;
• Document search and registration in the registry system.

Working hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 (7:30, 8:00, 8:30) - 16:00 (16:30, 17:00, 17:30) Friday - 7: 00 (7:30, 8:00, 8:30) - 14:45 (15:15, 15:45, 16:15).

Requirements:

• Responsibility, diligence, attentiveness;
• Excellent ability to fluently and correctly convey ideas in Lithuanian orally and in writing;
• Computer literacy;
• Ability to deal with a large amount of information.
