What responsibilities will we entrust to:

execution of the production plan;
effective planning, organization and control of the work of production workshops;
analysis of departmental processes, determination and maintenance of evenness of flow;
supervision and corrections of the production plan, sequence of tasks;
continuous process improvement;
training and education of employees;
supervising the safety and orderliness of departmental work.

We believe that you:

has work experience as a foreman, workshop manager, production manager in a manufacturing company (advantage - in a furniture company);
has excellent communication and team management skills;
able to solve problems effectively;
you are responsible, positive, focused on excellent work results;
you know Russian (advantage);
can boast of analytical thinking, innovativeness and organization.

Salary:

1550 - 2000 €/month. after tax. A specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence.
