We are currently looking for an ambitious Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the great Finbee team. This person will ensure financial and business accountability, develop and implement best practices in the company's financial activities.

You will be responsible for:
- Management of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, calculation of provisions for loan portfolios and auditing processes.
- Strategic cash flow management, ensuring that the business has access to the cash it needs to operate.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial and business reporting, providing key insights to management and stakeholders.
- Development and implementation of processes, applying best practices, to comply with legal requirements in financial activities.
- Facilitating data-driven decision making by collecting, analyzing and sharing financial and business data with stakeholders.
- Contributing to successful capital raising activities.
- Continuous monitoring, forecasting and ensuring that performance and financial indicators (covenants) stipulated in contracts with partners are observed.
We hope you:
- You have at least 3-5 years of successful management experience in the position of Finance Director or higher level financial manager (work experience in a loan company, bank, peer-to-peer lending or crowdfunding platform is an advantage).
- You are able to think strategically, you have excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
- You have excellent business English skills.
- We would consider Professional Accreditation (CFA) a huge advantage.

6500 €/mon. gross
