Responsibilities
- Maintain information security, protection and other related policies;
- Develop and deliver information security improvement roadmap to continuously improve our risk profile and align to the longer-term strategic direction;
- Ensure appropriately skilled team available to achieve roadmap whether internally or through partners;
- Sponsor and deliver small and large technology changes with a prioritization approach that aligns to agree priorities;
- Forward scan and audits to ensure protection from emerging cyber risks and gain advantage of innovations and future developments relevant to our sector;
- Maintain employee awareness program (internally or through partners) to deliver both company wide and targeted training to reduce security risk;
- Manage and Support GDPR and Data Protection officer ;
- Maintain existing levels of Information Security accreditation and achieve increased levels according to business requirements;
- Keep robust and strategic relationships with key partners that support information security roadmap, maintain service level agreements with them;
- Overview of maintenance GDPR, PCI-DSS compliance;
- Taking leading role in the Business Continuity and Disaster recovery topics;
- Helping Compliance department with ICT and information security risk management;
- Maintain ICT compliance (SOC, Vulnerability Management, Data Leakage Prevention, etc) according to Bank of Lithuania, ECB, SWIFT and other standards/guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in the banking or audit sector is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of information security standards and regulations, such as ISO27001, GDPR, Cyber Essentials Plus, PCI-DSS, and NIST.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and translate security requirements into business objectives.
- Demonstrated track record of effectively managing security incidents and driving security initiatives.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
