Your key responsibilities:
- Quickly and efficiently handle customer inquiries by phone and email prioritizing quality of service;
- Actively promote and sell company products;
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with clients, demonstrating a commitment to their satisfaction and long-term loyalty;
- Guarantee clients are well-informed about the company's products and services, providing clear, accurate, and timely information;
- Closely cooperate with marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure high quality and efficiency of customer service;
- Expected to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.
What we’re looking for:
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service (experience in finance preferred);
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team;
- Great negotiation and interpersonal skills, attention to details;
- Respectful internal and external communication;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken);
- Familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks;
- Valid driving license.

Salary
From 1200 €/mon. gross
