CodeAcademy Kids - Development Manager (s)

CodeAcademy Kids is looking for their manager(s)! We need you to:

🔹Continuing the implementation of the academy's mission, developing and creating the most appropriate strategy to achieve the goals;
🔹Caring for all kinds of growth and development of the academy;
🔹Assessing the competition and threats in the market, managing the financial structure and strategy;
🔹Communicating and reporting to the company's shareholders;
🔹Representing the academy in social media;
🔹Expanding the subjects taught at the academy, developing products belonging to the academy (clubs, camps, events, projects in Lithuania and abroad);
🔹 You grow and nurture the company's culture;
🔹Performing daily operations related to business development and team management;
🔹Delegating tasks to a mountain-moving team and working together in execution processes.

🔹Similar work experience. Ideally - in the education sector;
🔹Business development experience;
🔹Experience as a team leader;
🔹Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Lithuanian and English;
🔹Responsibility, desire to learn and improve.
