We are looking for a highly motivated team member to manage and coordinate the TGS Baltic communication tasks, a top-tier commercial law firm with offices in all the Baltic countries. This position's key task will be to build strong relationships with external audiences and coordinate media, social media, and other communication that contribute to that goal.
YOUR TASKS WILL FOCUS ON THE FOLOWING ACTIVITIES:
- Pursue and deploy a communication strategy with a focus on the Legal Industry.
- Plan, edit, and write content for multiple internal communications platforms.
- Support PR efforts that develop TGS Baltic relationships with partners.
- Function as an interface to external communication and to design agencies.
- Ensure internal communication messages are consistent across all mediums.
- Prepare materials to effectively support the communication plan, including brochures, newsletters, and other news-related items.
- Encourage new ideas and strategies regarding further communication strategies.
- Support of Process and Project Management within the organization.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- University degree in journalism, marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
- Strong communication skills and experience working with multiple campaigns.
- Strong creative writing skills (ability to craft content that increases public engagement).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- High degree of creativity.
- Moderation and presentation skills.
- Independent and goal-driven working style, willingness for personal development.
- Be a team player and enjoy working collaboratively.
