We are currently seeking a talented: Compensation & Benefit Partner to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

• Main goal: Design, develop, implement, and manage international compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures that align with business needs and goals across various countries.
• Advisory Role: Provide advice and counseling to leaders on competitive remuneration data, facilitate compensation discussions, and provide benchmarking as needed for different regions.
• HR Processes: Manage HR processes related to the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including position evaluation, annual salary review, bonus programs, and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
• Compensation Analysis: Conduct comprehensive compensation analyses by gathering data from various sources globally to support competitive remuneration decisions.
• Budget Management: Develop a compensation & benefits budget and ensure programs are implemented within budgetary constraints across different countries.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, delivering clear and compelling messages in Lithuanian and English. Proficiency in Russian is an advantage.

• Experience: At least 3 years of proven results in the compensation and benefits area within an international environment.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of current compensation & benefits trends and best practices globally.
• Skills: Strong analytical acumen, exceptional organizational skills, and excellent planning abilities.
• Problem Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, evaluate options, and implement complex problem-solving strategies across different regions.
• Integrity: Recognized for acting with integrity and being a competent sparring partner to senior leaders.
• Communication: Ability to deliver clear and compelling messages in Lithuanian and English. Russian language skills are a plus.

We offer:

Base monthly salary: 3290€ - 4940€ (before tax). The specific salary can be negotiated and offered depending on the candidate‘s experience, competencies displayed, and suitability to the position's requirements.
