What you will be doing
Your main focus will be providing in-house compliance service which effectively supports Bigbank AS business areas in their duty to comply with relevant laws, regulations and internal procedures in a variety of legal areas such as anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism, responsible lending, marketing, credit risk, personal data protection, etc.
- You will support managing compliance risk by legislation monitoring, conducting compliance reviews and recommending changes to procedures, products and services of the bank.
What we expect from you
- You have a degree in law.
- You have good knowledge of legal requirements, the area of anti-money laundering and counter terrorism financing and experience working in compliance or legal field in the financial sector.
- You are a team player and have excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- You have strong time management and organizational skills and are able to meet deadlines.
- You are fluent in Lithuanian and English (both verbal and written).
- You have high standards for integrity and professional ethics, impeccable reputation and are trustworthy.
