About us
Strongly growing network of dental clinics - "Smile Academy" is looking for reinforcement for the marketing team. Website Optimization Manager required, focused on sales promotion.
Nature of work:
- Constant improvement of the website, improvement of user satisfaction and increase of conversion of traffic to registrations;
- Creation of unique campaign landings, kpi monitoring with google analytics and hotjar tools, presentation and application of the obtained conclusions;
- We will need you for 4 hours a day.
What team member we expect:
- at least 1 year of experience working with website development, maintenance, optimization;
- ability to evaluate user behavior based on hotjar records and make corrections based on own or team's observations;
- good planning skills;
- responsible approach to deadlines;
- experience as a conversion rate optimization specialist is a big advantage.

Salary
Up to 1000 €/mon. net
1000 EUR in hand for 0.5 full-time.
