Nature of work:

  • Development and implementation of customer retention, reactivation and engagement strategy (messages on the website, e-mails, SMS, calls);
  • Customer segmentation and provision of targeted messages/offers;
  • Improving customer conversion;
  • Close cooperation with operations and marketing teams in order to create quality and attractive content;
  • Constant analysis and monitoring of players' behavior, ability to choose the best strategy for monetization.

Requirements:

  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to make targeted decisions based on data;
  • Creativity, flexible thinking strategy;
  • Good planning skills;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and set priorities;
  • Excellent oral and written English language skills;
  • Higher education in marketing, business administration or similar fields;
  • Spanish language skills would be an advantage.
